April rains

Ooh la la, it's been a month since my last post...in the space of a month I've managed to move into a brothel, fall in love twice (one human and one noodle dish), begun three hobbies and generally managed to do all of it with no money to speak of.

Here in the north the cool, winter days have shifted to spring warmth. I baulked as one of my colleagues casually mentioned the weather reminded him of a typical English spring. Most days have had light rain and it should continue into next month. Small green seedlings on my balcony are sprouting faster than I can plant them.

I've had some visitors too. Good and cherished friends from Australia, Nepal and Germany have graced me with their presence recently. And now... I have plenty of space for more!

And that's about it for March.

Yes, I'll tell you all about my gorgeous new home...when I finally get the internet connected again. Vietnamese internet cafes are decidedly un-ambient..

How on earth did we ever LIVE without internet access!??
